Nick Maddalena is Windward’s Head of Insurance Business. He’s spent the past near 30 years working in the London insurance and reinsurance market in both broking and underwriting roles. In 2005 he co-founded Seacurus, a managing general underwriter and Lloyd’s Coverholder underwriting marine risks. Seacurus became one of the market’s leading marine piracy insurers before being acquired by a Lloyd’s Managing Agency in 2013. He joined Windward in 2018.
